Within the framework of cooperation between BRDO and INGOs (NRC) it was agreed to implement a new project aimed at serving the displaced and those affected by the war, especially the largest group of women in terms of the greatest damage. Therefore, it worked to support the IDPz women and provide support to them through the implementation of productive projects IGA
Within the Collaboration to developing and building capabilities of BRDO staff implemented a lot of training workshops to employees with Clingendeal Institute and was trained on how to negotiate and resolve conflicts between disputing parties , as well as working on developing of Communication and Negotiation skills.
